It seems like there's not much that can be said about this one that will do it justice. Thumb Butte Ranches was the name given to this subdivision consisting of 16 Ag/Res (yay horses!) zoned parcels when they were dreamed up in the year 2000. Much has gone on in the two decades since, but the sparkle of the Colorado's Big Bend is just as magnificent as it ever was from below the Butte that inspired this subdivision's name. These lots range from 36 to 43 acres in size, making a full 640 acre Section of land - that's one mile by one mile, surrounded on all 4 sides by Sections of State Land - with an easement across the State parcel to the north for ingress/egress to Hwy 68. This subdivision is only minutes from the water, casinos, shopping, plus everything else this area has to offer, bordering Bullhead City Limits at the SW pin. I don't believe it's a stretch to say that this one could be considered a true 'one-of-a-kind'.
